You are tired. 

Your body, mind and soul are exhausted.

You feel unseen, unheard.

You wonder how long this is going to go

Yet, more is demanded of you. 

Leadership demands more. 

Your family wants a piece of you. 

Your church and God are asking for your time. 

Not only are you tired, you feel unseen. Invisible. 

The people around have no idea what you’ve gone through, and they don’t care to know. 

Not only have they ignored your victories, they speak down on them. 

You feel that all your hard work is unnoticed and uncelebrated. 

Your labor, your toil has been forgotten. 

You have seen others be exalted. 

You have been bypassed for promotion. 

You have seen the videos and pictures highlighting others’ success. 

Yet, No one has asked to interview you. 

No one seems to see your efforts. 

No one says thank you. No appreciation is coming your way.

But, I have news for you, God knows your situation. God knows your pain. God has seen your tears. God cares. Your efforts are not in vain. Your good work is not forgotten. Everything you have done for God matters. He has seen it all. 

Hebrews 6:10 ‘God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help
